Ralph has worked in the online marketing industry since 1999, predominantly in search marketing.
His experience lies in both paid (PPC) and natural (SEO) search and he has worked for agencies as well as client side in a wide range of highly competitive industries; namely Travel, Finance, Retail, Charities and Gambling.
Brands worked on include:
lastminute.com, Travelocity, Expedia, Hotels.com, easyJet, Teletext Holidays, AVIS, Travelzoo, Fly.com, American Express, MBNA, ING Direct and AXA Insurance, Tesco, Comet, Cancer Research, JustGiving and Intercasino.
In June 2008, Ralph left his role as SEO Manager for lastminute.com (Europe & APac) to commit himself to Red Mud Media Ltd. During this time he has lived and worked in Silicon Valley where he experienced the exciting startup scene first hand.
With 9 years experience, and 7 of those years from 2 top 5 full service digital agencies Darren has a wealth of experience in managing and delivering solutions for clients.
He has hands on experience in SEO and linkbuildng, content solutions, PPC, partnerships, meta search, affiliates and social media campaigns for clients. He has worked extensively in creating and executing digital strategy for a wide range of businesses.
Some of the clients Darren has worked on: Thomson, First Choice, Phones4U, AXA, Nationwide, Accor hotels.
Darren joined Red Mud Media Ltd in July 2010, leaving his role heading up the TUI (Thomson and First Choice) at Media Contacts.
Anna brings 5 years of online marketing experience, having worked for one of the UK’s leading Media Agencies, a global leader in online tag management and a specialist affiliate network. Her background is primarily performance and direct response marketing, with a focus on utilizing data analytics for optimization and growing clients business. In the recent years Anna has been involved with numerous attribution and cross channel value identification projects for her clients.
She is always looking for the next challenge which is why she embraced the ever changing world of digital marketing.

Carly left a successful career in Healthcare to pursue a dream of working in the online marketing industry.
She was first approached to do research for Red Mud Media, but having proven herself as invaluable in developing the company she is now a full-time permanent member of the team.
Being a true passionate online geek, Carly is always researching new ways in which brands and site owners can work together to bring valuable content to users. In her current role at Red Mud Media Carly is responsible for coordinating content publication and relationships between brands and site owners.
She can also be found blogging away at her Travel / Parenting blog Adventure Mummy recently shortlisted for a BiB (Brilliance in Blogging) award in the Travel category run by Britmums and also listed within the Top 15 Family Travel blogs by Tots100.
