SEOMoz offer a pretty impressive set of tools that can make really light work of the heavy stuff link link analysis, competitor analysis and much more. If you sign up as a Pro member, you can ask them any search related question and usually get an answer within a day or two. There is of course a limit to the number of questions you can asl in a month, but SEOMoz Pro is like having a little Rand Fishkin in a box that you can get out when no-one's looking to help you with the stuff you can't make sense of.
