There seems to be a new tool out every day at the current rate and we have been in danger of trying to play with all of them as opposed to mastering a few. These are some of the tools we're using at the moment, but you can probably expect this page to update pretty frequently!
RAVEN
You'll find this tool under our SEO tools too as it does both! One of the things we really like about RAVEN is that it's so quick and easy to set up. No need to wait on your developers to add any code to the site, just sign up and away you go! RAVEN also pulls in data from other tools such as Omgili, Social Mention and KnowEm giving you pretty comprehensive cover.
TweetDeck
After jumping on the Twitter bandwagon, the next challenge was how to keep up with the constant stream of information whilst going about your day to day work. Then we discovered TweetDeck which has become one of if not the most important tool for real time news and information. BEWARE... it's addictive!
